BANGUN PAGI: segelas air masak suhu ruang + air perasan 1/2 buah jeruk lemon
MAKAN PAGI (SARAPAN): pepaya cibinong + jeruk medan
KUDAPAN: salak pondoh

MAKAN SIANG: raw food menu
coco rice + avocado rice + tahu pedas saus kemiri + taburan daun antanan
*jus bokcoy + kol + air jeruk lemon

KUDAPAN SORE:
pisang ambon
